PIN Code Help

Please note that a PIN Code will be required for security verification when contacting Associate Services or accessing the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, Kiosk and other applications.

If you would like to change your PIN Code, please login and go to the Change My PIN Code section in My Office - My Profile.

If you are an Herbalife Associate and forgot your Associate ID, please call Associate Relations at 866-866-4744.
